Customer needed an extra bedroom creating, we started by creating a visual space so customer could see the room size available. Then we created an opening from the landing to the new room, fitting door casings and building the partitions. Once partitions created we moved on to altering the electrics within the rooms to provide new power points, and light fittings. Next we insulated the partitions and applied plasterboard, before commencing with plaster. Once completed it was time for the second fix of carpentry and plumbing ready for radiator installation. Now the customer had the extra room they required and could decorate to their taste.
Customer had decided to renovate their kitchen. The customer had a kitchen already purchased and needed a qualified carpenter to install. This was more than just a simple rip out and install job, we started by removing the old kitchen units and damaged walls. Then we fitted new electrics and plumbing where required for the new appliances. We then had to plasterboard and plaster the kitchen before we could install new units. We apply screed to the floor to give a smooth and level base ready for installation of LVT flooring once units had been installed. All worktops and appliances where fitted to complete the kitchen.
